The photo posted to the left of this photo shows an animal. Answer its name as it is written in Japanese. Flag Format:

We are given this image. Based on the title, it can be inferred that the intended instruction is "picture to text". The most probable text that we can use to determine the location is the one on the right side of the image. Here, there is a word 立山
that refers to a place called "Tateyama" in Japan. We can come to this conclusion either by knowing a little bit of Japanese or by asking an AI like chatGPT to read the text and give the possible explanation.
One such possible explanation is that this image was taken in a "nature center" in Tateyama, Japan. With a little bit of Googling, we can narrow down the place to the Tateyama Nature Conservation Center. On the Google Maps place, we can find this street view, confirming that the place is correct. Now we just need to find a better resolution image.
Now, the place name in Japanese is 立山自然保護センター
. By using it as the keyword to search in Google Images, we are able to find a clear photo from this website.

As far as my knowledge, the Tateyama Nature Conservation Center is the only nature-related center in Tateyama, which led me to assume that it was the only possible place in Tateyama for the bird picture to be in.
The reasoning behind searching the place name in Japanese is that I assume the kind of websites that will have a photo of a bulletin board inside the nature center would be a local Japanese website that will be using Japanese as their pages' content.
